Cotto 1 - Cotto Haters 0
I'm glad he is getting paid - he's been in some wars and have entertained us for years. Good for him - I hope that the investments he makes with that money will bring us a new wave of fighters. He was probably offered 2.5M to fight Rios on HBO WCB.
The fantastic thing is that those Canelo and GGG fights are still there. The Mayweather rematch is now a fantasy unless Mayweather makes the move without his father, Al Haymon's blessing. I am glad that boxing is still capable of giving people financial freedom. Honestly I am happy of PBC, I'm happy for Roc Nation - tonight's card is good, hopefully the next card w/ Roc Nation features Ward and Cotto in NYC and they are compelling matchups.

It's just funny that you say you "don't care about money" but now you're sucking Cotto's balls for signing a big money deal.

Dan Rafael, King Fight Freak (1:00 PM)
That was a number reported but I talked to Roc Nation officials who laughed and said it was totally incorrect. I tend to believe them. No way is he getting $50M guaranteed for 3 fights.

Or, like the poster above stated, totally a rumor..pperhaps even started by Team Cotto to try and silence the ppl pushing him to fight GGG and Canelo.
