I know what's going on, I simply don't care much. Whether true or not, it's pointless whining. Those guys emulate floyd about as much as the next person. Roach said it wasn't an issue for him. So moving on to the fight it shouldn't be an issue. Manny is a world class p4p great. Roach is one of the top 5 or so trainers in the world. No excuses. Made up, imagined or otherwise

In your honest opinion, would it help your fighter to prepare better if he can spar with someone who can mimic the style of your fighters opponent? World class fighter or not, they need to have a sparring partner that have similar style as their opponent hence Floyd acquire Corleys service don't you agree?

These two are close enough, actually I think the other one is faster than both Manny and Floyd as far as hand speed is concern.

Corley isn't anywhere near similar to Pac. And those guys aren't that similar to mayweather tbh. There are guys who will try to emulate styles, but with these two especially there aren't gonna be anyone foo close in style to prepare u. This is really a non issue. Pac will be prepared.

Damn near everybody has used Karl Dargan who is supposed to be closet to Floyd style as sparring since the De La Hoya and guess they all still lost. Nobody is going to get the other ready truly for what they are going to see on May 2nd. You maybe be able to emulate somebody but it still won't get you ready for the original.

I disagree, to emulate your opponent style will prepare you better going to the fight. Is it the deciding factor? No, but it will help a lot. Chop Chop isn't a akward fighter like Manny is; he picked him because Corley kept catching him with the right hand from the Southpaw angle. Nobody is going to be able to emulate. Why don't Manny call Marquez up as his sparring partner.

No doubt Manny will be prepare. You're right, Corley isn't anywhere near similar to PAC, but both are southpaw. It's getting used to fighting a southpaw that's why they acquire his service. Same thing to those fighters that Freddie picked, both have fast straight hand punches and dig in the body, similar to Mays style of fighting. Both fighters are not nearly in Floyd's level but they fought somewhat similar on how May fight. It's
getting used to that fighting style that's why you have those particular spar mates with you.
