Roy's one of my all time favorites, it's a shame how the last couple of years played out for him.

wins against woods, kelly, gonzales, harmon, harding, hall, telesco, ancient johnson, grant, ancient mccallum, sosa, ancient thornton, paz & del valle mean NOTHING,

However...wins over vaca, castro, malinga, hopkins, tate, toney, hill & griffin are awesome. those are his best wins in his prime, against the best fighters, not his bull**** light heavy days against nobodies

People waited a very long decade to see Roy get bashed, & then still had the nerve to say "See, I told you he ******.", when he finally did.

All of those people should be ignored.

These people were always nay-sayers. So when Jones was defeated they jumped on that like white on rice and used that to buttress their long held hatred towards the man.

2 be honest he did skip alot of awesome fighters that would look awesome on his resume (benn, mcclennan, chris eubank, jirov etc) but also beat some good fighters like virgil hill which is the most awesome bodyshot i saw,

He did not "skip" McClellan. Mcclellan's time in the spotlight was very short.

Who thinks he's a bum? That's the ******est thing I've ever heard.

Making a thread even asking/adressing the one or two idiots who might have ever said something so ****** is almost as bad.
