Clinching may be boring bit is a very effective tool in boxing and we saw that in the Eubank Jr fight yesterday. However excessive clinching is imo unacceptable i.e Alexander iniated 142 clinches vs Maidana...that is NOT a typo

30 initiated clinches: point deduction
40 initiated clinches: Another point deduction and a warning about getting DQed
50 initiated clinches: DQed
