It's ironic that Golovkin is considered "The Most Feared Man in Boxing"

Yet his fanbase are definitely the most scared fanbase in boxing. Ward move to 160? LOOOL I don't think I've heard a more ludicrous demand come from a fanbase since Mayweather diehards said Pacquaio should have accepted a $40m flat fee.

I would respect Golovkin fans a lot more if they just said "The Ward fight can happen down the road but Gennady is focused on trying to secure Cotto right now" - that's a reasonable position to take.

It's when they start trying to run down Ward as a fighter but then at the same time saying ridiculous **** he has to move down to 160 lol, they start to lose all credibility. The excuses are laughable. Why are you guys so flustered?

I find Ward awful to watch at times. I don't think I've ever re-watched one of his fights the whole way through. I am not a fan in the slightest but I respect him as one of the best fighters in the world. I want to see Golovkin tested against the best. Is that a crime now?

Dawson publicly stated that he'd go to 168 to fight Ward. Ward took advantage of that in the negotiations and got the fight at 168.

What the hell does that have to do with anything anyway?

Golovkin's people have publicly stated they'll fight anyone up to 168lbs including Ward. Ward has never said he'd go to 160 for Golovkin.

In fact, Golovkin's own people have never said anything about wanting Ward at 160!
