Will be interesting to see which sparring partners Manny has chosen to imitate Floyd's defensive skills and speed, and what plans Freddie has to neutralize Floyd's speed and ring smarts.

    Team Pacquiao has limited options.
Pac got 2 young unknown guys selected so far, who has Floyd got for sparring partner(s)?

how do u figure he didn't have a high workrate vs rios, tim and algieri?
looked like the same old speedy explosive pac to me.

only thing the KO changed in my opinion is hes boxing smarter .. i dont really understand when people say he somehow changed

this fight was gonna happen after he beat cotto.. what is the difference between the pac that beat cotto and the pac that blitzed rios, tim and algieri?

Only if Mayweather try to walk him down should he focus on power shots. Mayweather isn't so accurate when he's coming forward and Manny should be able to easily get off and evade Floyds shots.

I Also feel the Las Vegas judges are getting tired of Mayweather, in the last fight with Maidana he only won by a round difference on two of the scorecards.
Pacquiaos best defense is his offense. As soon as his opponents feel his power and speed, they go into a turtle shell and barely come out of it. The only fighters ever able to give pacquiao problems were the ones who could deal with his power. De la Hoya, cotto, clottey, margarito, Shane Mosley, Brandon Rios all clammed up and barely threw anything because they knew pacquiao had a good chance of knocking them out. Of course his Ko ratio is going to go way down when his opponents only goal of the fight is to not get knocked out and when they have iron chins themselves. I think mayweather will be just another pacquiao victim who cant handle the high volume power punching. People love to point out that pacquiao isn't the same fighter. Instead of throwing 1000 punches a fight he throws 700-800. Still a high volume, but he's also a lot more careful and accurate with his punches. Go watch the 1st Bradley fight, I believe this will look alot similar to that. I have to agree with the managers prediction, it will be one of pacquios greatest wins. Right up there with his Ko over prime Barrera.

That was not one of Pac's better nights though - that is not a version I would hope shows up. Why do you think that fight is a good example here just wondering?

the term "defensive fighter" should make u understand he drops your output..he's much for mindful that you as well...everyone loves the term so much they seem to forget how he bates you into being aggressive..the more pac opens up the more punishment he takes from the most crisp shots in the game...the less the less floyd has to batter him and only wins a jabbing contest..

pac cannot judah with floyd...this southpaw volume stance is really nonsense imo
