He brought drug testing to the forefront and look at the results from it...great job Floyd. Facts are since Manny has been drug testing his power has been gone and you guys know it. Sounds like Montoya has a source over at VADA who implicated Floyd, Pac's legal team found out and requested documents from them and USADA concerning inadvertent use waivers pertaining to Floyd and Floyd put forth a motion to reject the request and quietly settled the matter out of court. It seems like once Pac's people asked for the documentation, that's when Floyd paid Pac money to go away, not so much their fear of being sued by Pac for defamation of character.
