There were prime time television shows making skits about Pacquiao being on PEDs, Teddy Atlas was talking about it on FNF, it was all over ESPN and other news outlets. Where are all these reports of Floyd failing tests, news segments, etc...?

The testers got a positive test from Floyd, but were told to destroy the samples.

Obviously one of them spoke about it and it filtered through.

USADA have been caught out destroying sample, in the Quilin vs Wright fight.

I would say he left it at 140 to be honest, never been one to accuse Pacquiao of "PED's" personally, I think it is a silly accusation if you can't PROVE IT.

Your Power at 135-140 likely won't have the same effect on guys at 147-154. You can hurt them and even knock them down but leaving them laid out like Hatton is very difficult
