We know you think this Freddie, which is the main reason 5 years ago Manny walked away. It wasn't about principles or hurt feelings.

Kinda flies in the face of what Roach is saying.

5 years ago I thought this was a 90/10 fight in Pacquiao's favor. Today it is a 65/35 fight in Pacquiao's favour.
I think the odds go out the window on this one. Over that five years both guys have looked like they're slipping at various times, at other times they've looked great. Watching Floyd vs Canelo and Floyd vs Maidana would give you two completely different perspectives on where he stands at this point in time.

Most of the fundamentals are the same, except for both guys being a little slower.

We knew this already. That's why we didn't get the fight made back then. Same reason why the Mosley fight didn't get made when Shane wanted it. Timing for that fight was too much to handle for them. Very understandable.

Except Floyd isn't Shane. He's on another level and these shot legs might not be as far gone as they think. Can't wait.

The bookmakers don't give away money.

After the KO to Marquez the odds for Pacquiao dropped significantly, also the poor performances against Bradley and Marquez III

It's clear that neither guy is what they were back then, It's a much, much closer fight than it would have been.
                No chance.

"In the end," Roach says, "if we had given in on the blood testing, it would have been like giving Mayweather the first round. Why would we do that?" (February 2010)

"We appeased Mayweather by agreeing to a urine analysis at any time, and blood testing before the press conference and after the fight. Mayweather pressed for blood testing even up to the weigh-in. He knew that Manny gets freaked out when his blood gets taken, and feels that it weakens him. This is just harassment and, to me, just signaled that he didn't want the fight." (Arum, December 2009)

"Todd (DuBoef) told me that Pacquiao has difficulty with taking blood and doesn't want to do it so close to the fight," Schaefer said. "He, Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off press conference and after the fight." (Richard Shaefer, 2009)

Schaefer told ESPN.com that the sides had agreed on an unprecedented penalty if either fighter weighed in heavier than the contract limit of 147 pounds.

"We agreed to $10 million per pound, or fraction thereof," Schaefer said. "That's what the Pacquiao side wanted and we said OK to that. (2009)

"Five years ago, maybe Floyd would've beaten Manny...[But] Manny has more heart right now."
                    (Roach, February 2015)

If Floyd has a bad night and comes up with an excuse, you guys will run with it or create a few of your own.

"I was injured after the 2nd round"
                      "My shoulder was hurting me"
"My pinky ..... oh my pinky"
"The ref had a bad night"
"The Xylocaine wore off too early into the fight and my hands started hurting"
"I had the sniffles, that is why my face got all bloody"
                      "He fights dirty"
                      "He kinda awkward"

Floyd and his fans used the above excuses or something similar in previous fights. Imagine if Manny wins?
