Sure, Negotiations were sputtering, all were saying the fight looked like it was not gonna happen, Arum ratcheted up his daily Floyd bashing and responsibility deflection, scavengers licking they're collective chops, meanwhile Pac was in Miami and a storm baring down on the East coast caused major airports to delay Flights, forcing Pac to search for a time killer, why not the Miami Heat game? Mayweather found out Pac would be at the game and insured he was also there, Mayweather initiates contact proceeds to tell Pac that he has been lied too and, lets meet after the game. They meet for an hour, immediate results, Arum cops up to his lies and shuts down the rhetoric, Pac gains new respect for Mayweather and changes his tune, multiple rumors of a contract being signed then subsequently denied, then Mayweathers announcement.

Floyd is gonna regret not hiring GBP to do the promoting or letting Top Rank be the lead promoter

The fight was announced just over a week ago and theres been zero promotions. Floyd hasn't done a single video interview. Theres only gonna be 1 press conference in March and then another one the week of the fight.

This fight isn't getting the build up it deserves

This fight doesn't need promotion its been promoted for 5years. It's going to be 2 NY and LA

this fight was killed in 2010 due to mannys refusal to random testing, bottom line .. everything was agreed upon, the site (MGM) the split (50-50) the weight (147) and the date (march 13, 2010)

floyd even agreed to pacquiao demand of a $10 million dollar penalty for coming above 147.

but random testing? pac, roach and arum said no way.

manny claims giving blood the day before the first morales fight is what caused him to lose. claims he was weakened for theee days.

arum said floyd knew manny was "freaked out" by needles and that his insistance on blood tests was "harassment"

roach said giving in to the tests would be like "giving floyd round one "

so why do people keep blaming floyd for "ducking" .. also does manny still get weakened for three days after giving blood today?

Richard Schaefer is banned from boxing for a year IIRC. Everyone knows that latinos are the ones who buys the most PPV's. Top Rank and Pac are gonna promote to the whites and asians. TMT is gonna promote to the blacks. Whos gonna promote to the Latinos? This is Cinco De Mayo weekend for crying out loud.

$5 million is nothing for this fight. I would hire Oscar just to promote to them. Or at least hire Barrerra, Morales or Chavez Sr to promote it.
