I'm a Mayweather fan all day, and I'm riding with him come fight night.

But I will say.....I've always had just a funny feeling that Manny would win, especially after watching Floyd in 2014. Sure, he still won both fights, and rather easily won the rematch.

But I just have a funny feeling this fight is destined for more than just 1.

GTFOH u pessimist piece of **** lol, but on a serious note your right i didnt like the way floyd looked against maidana 1 & 2, he has slipped tremendously but there is still enough in the tank to beat pac comfortably.

i think floyds trademark stiff jab to the stomach will be the key weapon. that punch does so many things at once. it creates space for him to move away, it disrupts the opponents rhythm forcing him to reset and is a great set up for a right hand.. mannys greatness is based on his rhythm, this shot will have him constantly resetting. and floyds footwork will frustrate him, when manny takes off he over extends his punches and gets so uncoordinated he at times trips on his own feet. when guys just step back when he takes off hes left punching air with his body square wide open, floyd is gonna pick him apart.

The jab to the stomach will be a lil dangerous with Manny because Manny is fast enough to catch Floyd. I saw Floyd try this with Judah and got an unofficial kd. He has to bring the fight to Manny because the more space Manny has to work then he is going to take it. Floyd should pressure Pacquiao because Manny is not that good fighting up close. Also he has to connect with the body punches to make Manny hesitant and drop his hand at the same time slowing his speed like Marquez did.

If Pacquiao can take Floyds punches then he can be somewhat walk Floyd down if he can keep Floyd still and cut off the ring.

The problem is Floyd is elsuive and avoids toe to toe confrontation..

Watching the Maidana 2 fight Floyd was on the back peddle, pot shotted his way to score then back peddled out..

Suprised to see how Team Pac plans on eliminating Floyds mobility..

I think we will see Manny concentrate more on his the body to slow him down. He'll probably go 1-2 to the body and then go upstairs. In order for him to do that, he better concentrate on cutting the ring off and plug any escape route while throwing punches. Probable but definitely not impossible.

i think that by looking at Floyd's other fights you'll notice no one ever walks down floyd, even if they can take his punches, for example Canelo, if Canelo fights at 170 or more on fight night and he wouldn't walk Floyd down i don't think Pac will do something that bigger fighters haven't been able to do, even if they get close to Floyd, even then fighters can't land punches, they get countered and take a step back.....my humble opinion, but who knows anything can happen

I notice on Canelo fight that Canelo did not follow through even after landing his shots on Floyds head hence Floyd was able to counter him and have him to reset again. Against Maidana 1, Floyd was having a hard time because Marcos smothered him. Marcos kept throwing those over the top shots and shots to Floyds body. In the center of the ring that is when Floyd control the fight.

Listen, we know Manny is not as big as any of Floyds recents opponents, but no mistake Manny can control the distance as well when he focus on doing so. His side to side movement and feints will bother Floyd, he can adjust and Manny will adjust as well. I know you don't believe that but Manny proved that time and again (Cotto, Bradley2, Morales 2)

My guess the fighter that controls the distance wins. Floyd is a master of being where he wants to be and Pac seems to be a master of throwing a punch from wherever he ends up! Pac will get hit. I just see Floyd ever fighting with someone that can hit like Pac. I want Pac to win so badly. This might time it might be wrong of Floyd to lean back on the ropes and do his thing. This is where he might get buzzed.

I beg to differ... Donaire was super hyped... and Rigo is super skilled, maybe even more than money..

Pac vs Money will be more like Mayweather vs Maidana 2... Pot shot and hold.. and move..

Maybe it's just too late in his career to truly change but, not only, does he drop his left hand every time he uses his right, his head is always in the same place.

No movement to the left or right...he doesn't even change levels.

Pacquiao has begun to start paying for that flaw every time he fights an opponent with a good sense of timing. Marquez, Bradley and Algieri have thrown, basically, blind punches and let Pacquiao walk on to them.

5 years ago, Pacquiao posed every threat of being able to hurt Mayweather enough to, at least, make him hesitant to throw. Now, with
his speed actually being used against him and his power not exactly getting opponents out of there...every technical flaw needs to be cleaned
up to keep him in the fight after four rounds.

Good observation dude, I too was weary about that. If Bradley and
Algiere was able to land those straights what more against one of the
best straight hand shooter? Forget Marquez, he already figured him out
after their 1st encounter. It's Manny's athleticism that got him pull through and won a close split and UD against him.

But against Floyd, he has to be an animal like he used to be. All of us think that Manny's killer instinct is not there anymore, but I truly believe come fight time he will unleash all those anger that accumulated through out the years of being disrespected, mocked, and made fun of by Floyd and his family. He will train as hard like he never train before. We will see a much improve and super determine Pacquaio come fight night. Boy, I can't wait.
