We get the fight without a hefty ppv bill.

The Ghost went twelve with Floyd.

Because of the above this is a big deal for a up n up One Time.
So it is a better fight 2 years later for someone else?? but was a **** fight then?

He's been on big cards before. In fact if I'm not mistaken he's been on a card with Canelo going for ko kings and earned ko of the day. And like it was confirmed before, (he was coming off of a layoff and surgery).

now shoulder surgery might be a swipe off the shoulder to an average man like you and I. But in the business of pro boxing, your shoulder is your life's blood.

According to who. The ghost was an acceptable fight for Floyd as far as I was concerned.

What I will say, is that the Ghost is a better fight for an up n comer (Thurman) than for the best ever...............

Beating the Ghost in dominating fashion must bring attention his way, for rather obvious reasons. Taking bets btw.

I am glad someone is talking about something other than Mayweather/Pacquaio. I have The Ghost winning this fight by unanimous decision. I think Thurman is overrated and will be exposed in this fight.

I think Guerrero beats anyone at 147 not named Mayweather or Pacquaio. That includes Marquez, Bradley, Brook, Thurman, Khan, Maidana and Danny Garcia and Lamont Peterson if they moved up.

On another note, this is turning out to be a damn good year for boxing fans, at least for the first half. Guerrero/Thurman, Garcia/Peterson, Kovalev/Paschal, Lee/Quillin, Alvarez/Kirkland all have me excited to be a fan. If other fights like Cotto/Alvarez, Ward/GGG and JMM/Kell Brook or JMM/Terrence Crawford and Khan/Maidana II can be made, this would be the best year of boxing in the last 30 years.

Many of you say that Guerrero is tough and he will be relentless and grind Thurman etc... but I think that he is not completly ****** and after Thurman lands on him his few first power counters Guerreroall that sudden won't be that relentless and rough but he will back up and will be cautious.
                I pick Thurman by KO

Mayweather and Thurman are at completely different stages of their careers.

I got Thurman by clear UD, but a late stoppage is very possible.

All it takes is One Time baby!
you think guerrero can take thurman's power? he was pretty busted up after his last fight. and in that one he engaged a lot, i don't think he will be very lucky vs thurman.

He can if he boxes, Thurman isn't going to be the aggressor so if Guerrero doesn't fight coming forward, it will be a boxing match. Thurman is at his best when his opponents fight coming forward, then his power has more impact.

If Guerrero just relentlessly attacks, Thurman will knock him out.
