Leonard Bundu would have been labelled a "Euro Bum" by most people if it wasn't Thurman fighting him. I understand that bad fights happen but that was the first time he'd been on a big stage and he didn't capture anyone's imagination.

I don't get the excuses for certain fighters...now all the sudden Guerrero is a meaningful fight at 147?

Guerrero is a name fighter. He's a good opponent at this stage of Thurman's career because of the fact that Keith hasn't faced anyone that people actually know about. It's his first step up of sorts.

If you're trying to compare this to Mayweather fighting Guerrero, which I suspect you are, then you're on your own.

I'm rooting for Thurman. Guerrero is one of only 2 fighters in the sport that I don't like, so I really hope Thurman "one-time's" him
