Well I do know he owns 5 multimillion dollar mansions, which he just sold one. He also just donated 8 million dollars after the algieri fight to build a church. I highly doubt he would be doing that if he was truly worried about his tax bill. Plus hes made probably 100"million since he originally got hit with that tax bill. Hes had alot of endorsements lately. He also owns a lot of businesses in the phillipines, so yeah Im sure 75 million would definitely hurt him having to pay, but he could easily afford it. Hes still got a few good years of boxing left. He makes around 60 mill a year. Hes not going to be in the poor house if he did have to pay 75 million. He will still be a rich dude.

He will always be wealthy, but paying out 75 million would definitely hurt him. We read all of this stuff online saying this athlete makes this and that but none of us knows whats true and whats not true, and not to mention when they say someone makes 60 million a year, the whole 60 million will not be theirs.

At the end of the day only Pacquiao and his financial team knows what he can and can't really afford, we are just assuming. And I highly doubt he could easily part with $75 million, I think Floyd would struggle to do that, De La Hoya would definitely feel the difference too.

And when I say struggle, I don't mean they'll go broke or nearly broke I mean they'll feel the difference.

Floyd originally wanted a 14 day cutoff, and then moved the date around. He was playing games like he always does. He accused pacquiao of making a career out of calling mayweather a chicken. Then he says things like "Manny pacquiao your next" and then a couple days later changes his tune and says he never said that. Seems like mayweather has been dangling the pacquiao carrot over everyone's head all these years. He said right before the Chris algiero fight he would fire his trainer Floyd Sr. If he mentioned that he should fight pacquiao again. He went on to say he would rather fight 2 bums. The drug testing hasn't been an issue for years. Floyd has been the one running scared, and proved it with that bogus 40 million dollar offer with no ppv split. Now pacquiao has lost twice and hes getting double that? Sounds like mayweather never made a serious offer in the first place, that is so easy to see, yet you mayweather knucklheads are too dumb to see through his b.s., and believe everything he says like its gospel.

Money is not everything. I have met a lot of well to do families and I've noticed that they have more worries than the poor people around them. Actually people without much wealth but got a lot of friends are much happier people. Share and show your love to needy people. Share with them some of the happiness you are enjoying...by then you will realize the true happiness you are missing.

Pacquiao still hasn't had his day in court. Most of that 75 million is in late penalties and other fees. He will likely end up paying much less due to the fact he only originally owed 18 million to the u.s. Either way pacquiao is one of the richest athletes in history. He has made nearly as much as mayweather, and would easily be able to pay it whether its 18 million or 75 million. Manny was making over 20 million a fight regardless. He didn't need to fight Floyd. Floyd needed to fight Manny to prove to the world hes not a coward. He just couldn't deal with the public pressure anymore. I mean think about it, pacquiao made a damn foot locker commercial and #fight pacquiao was trending on twitter. How would it have looked if Floyd backed out again. He was still scared all those years, and realistically Floyd was the one forced into fighting pacquiao, not the other way around

your first three lines is exactly my point. mayweather's situation has to go through the courts too. so don't take shots at mayweather if you're going to cry when we count shoot at pacquiao. they both have issues

If anyone really thinks Floyd is going to win, I suggest you go look at mannys last fight with Chris algieri. This fight will look similar to that, except Floyd will be clinching alot more and trying to hold on for dear life like Hopkins did when Sergey kovalev was beating him down. Floyd has a Hopkins style. Manny is too explosive and too fast for mayweather too handle. Pacquiao by tko or ud.

pacquiqao is broke dude. if he were a billionaire. then why under a goverment threat that he had to sell a $9 million dollar house to stop a possible arrest warrant for a different tax case? he would've lost his seat in congress. it was a under the table deal.
