Manny Pacquiao has blamed Floyd Mayweather for the lengthy delay in announcing their eagerly-awaited super-fight.

Pacquiao in crazy debt i doubt it, but lets c... floyd could have made the fight at anytime he wanted according to him, why now? Is bob arum out of the way..NOPE, hes been saying if arum is in the way no fight...

Instead ask yourself if he got backed into a corner by mooves and all the pressure by the fans, cause arum is NOT out of the way.
