Bradley's my guy, but I will be so disappointed if he gets the Cotto fight.

That quote in your sig is fantastic. Makes me laugh almost every time.

This will be such a joke. I'm team Bradley all day. But Bradley hasn't even beat a real welterweight yet.

Now he gets a MW title shot?

Bradley doesn't have the pop and plus, he loses invaluable speed and agility in making that move. He should force them to have Cotto drop down to 152 to make the fight happen. As it is, all the sacrifice is on Bradley's part, Cotto risks essentially nothing which is far from a fair trade imo.

Drop to 152, no belt at stake. Otherwise, if it's at 155, I want 10 million plus 40% of all PPV revenue....take it or leave it.
I was with you till the bold. No way in hell this fight generates that kind of money.

Bradley has a real FTW if it takes place. It shouldn't be for the middleweight title though. That would really screw up a lot of things. Maybe then canelo-TB at 155 for the strap?

Just don't think this is a good fight for Cotto whose trainer has him on the backburner to his true fighter at the moment.

I'm just saying for him to stand up for himself, don't let Arum talk him into moving up and taking the fight for the same kind of money that he could make fighting a guy at 147 for a title. Cotto likes to play this "I'm the A-side" so do what I say thing but Bradley doesn't have to stand for that. HE should ask for at least twice what he would make at 147 and a cut of the PPV revenue.

He shouldn't be doing crazy stuff just for the money but if moving up to MW is what Arum wants him to do, then at least get paid for doing it. Cotto doesn't want to fight GGG or some of these other MW's so his options are limited if that's the role he wants to play as a MW. Bradley doesn't have to move up to MW, doing so only helps Cotto's agenda.

Sure Bradley has the opportunity to win a MW belt but he'll have the deck stacked against him in trying to do so. He could fight any number of guys at 147 and will make well over a million dollars to fight whoever and he would be the "A-side" against almost all of them. He should make Cotto sacrifice in some capacity if he wants Bradley to move up. Sure Cotto can tell him to go take a hike but that would leave Cotto to fight GGG, Lee, Stevens, N'Dam, Jacobs, Lemieux, Korobov or someone like that.

I like both guys and they both look to actually be around the same size. Great fight if you jettison the catchweight and lineal MW title bull****.
