I don't think one "goes for the KO" as a fight strategy. I think Floyd is going to fight the same way as always-smart with a defensive foundation. I think Manny does as well.

I think it will be a UD for Floyd, but hopefully a late KO opportunity presents itself and Floyd goes for it then.

Floyd never shares strategy. Floyd is going to win this fight 117-111. Pacquiao is probably going to go for the KO.

If you have to ask what has Pacquiao learned since the first morales fight, then I can't help you.

For starters Morales was a live body. Second, he had a superior stepping in jab to Oscar's and the best lead right hand Pacquiao has ever seen. Oscar doesn't even have a right hand, not even one worth noting. Why even post that fight?

          • Coming up playing sports and now coaching sports, I've known the term "green" to refer to the lacking of experience/playing time, etc.

A two-division champ, 45 fights in having fought a host of top fighters is a perfect candidate for the term.

                  • One of Floyd's weaknesses is defending the jab. Against an orthodox fighter, those jabs are coming from the left hand.

Pac doesn't have a strong jab but his left is amazingly fast and efficient. And he throws it in so many ways.

I expect those lefts to land. Floyd's defence and his shoulder roll won't be enough. Because PAC has the footwork to get in range.

Against Canelo, Maidana,... Floyd relied on his reflexes and his coordination to get away and avoid the big punches. But against PAC, that won't be enough. He'd have to move. In the process, that will fatigue him.
