If the whole fight was round 3 Manny still loses...

2 Vegas judges had it 116-112. If you give Manny round 3 then it makes the fight 115-113. There are a few other rounds where it could have gone to Manny.

I realised I was arguing with someone (a lunatic), who doesn't even know the rules of the sport. My time is better served elsewhere.

I can show you the gifs again. You will see that their was only 1 duplicate gif and it was to make the point that Manny rocked Floyd good.

I said what I saw but also pointed out that some shots by both sides can be disputable because of the angle of the camera. Then for some shots where you thought were clear punches by Floyd, I proved that it was not a clear punch by Floyd. You know that I was right or you played dumb.

As for not knowing the rules, I believe that the ref has the last and only call. He warned Floyd to keep his punches up. So you want the judges to count that? I even said that for you to show that gif it proves that you are struggling to find Floyd moments. It was going low and Manny blocked the punch. The punch hit Manny's glove and then the follow thru touched Manny around the belt line. It may have tickled Manny yet you were crying about it because you had nothing to show for Floyd.

Vegas judges got it wrong and the replays prove it. Deal with it!

I just laugh out loud when "Toe-to-Toe" tries to protect Floyd.

2. It comes down to preference & expectation. Visible Control vs. Slippery Agression. I just think that people expected something else from Pacquiao, that's probably they're more reluctant to give Floyd rounds because it wasn't what we expected.

3. Outside of Floyd's jab, he was very sloppy at times, a testament to Pacquiao's defense as well as the stance issue.

4. Anything between 8-4 Floyd and 7-5 Manny is a reasonable score. Would a rematch be any different? I'd expect Pacquiao to do a little better if he's 100% (or close to).

By far one of the ugliest fights of each fighters career. Both were sloppy tbh. Styles did NOT mesh well at all.

7-5 for Manny. Clearly you don't know how a fight is scored. I watched the fight five times on several different streams with different commentary and 10 to 2 is not that far of a stretch (I had it 9 to 3 for Floyd). This fight wasn't close. Even the judges who scored it 8 rounds to 4 saw it wider upon a second viewing, giving Floyd 10 rounds to Manny's 2 rounds.

Remember a fight has four main criteria: Clean punching, effective aggression, ring generalship, and defense. If you have to watch a "slow mo" vid to determine if Manny was the true winner of a round that means his work was NOT CLEAN. Fights happen in real time not slow motion.

Also, Manny said in the post fight interview that the reason he threw so few punches is because of Floyd's movement which makes Floyd the ring general. If your opponent admits your movement is what made him throw his fewest number of punches in years then you are the ring general.

Manny's aggression was often ineffective. He said he thought he only hurt Floyd three times in all twelve rounds. He was coming forward eating jabs and hardly landing anything clean on his opponent. Maidana and Guerrero landed more clean shots on Floyd.

All three official judges, the ringside judges, the commentators, all saw one man winning the fight comfortably. Stop trying to act like it could have gone either way.
