The quote is pretty clear. But keep trying to hopelessly spin it. The burden of proof was not on me, or even NSAC. The burden of proof was on Team Pacquiao to provide it to NSAC before the fight. They did not provide NSAC with the proof, and as the article clearly states, NSAC denied the medication.

You are saying there was no injury while the commissions were aware of the injury and would have even given Manny the meds if Manny's team checked that check box because it would have given the commission's doctors enough time to properly evaluate how severe the injury was. Not my words. Its the commissions who said that. So they are disagreeing with you big time! You can't find a quote from them that says that they do not believe that Manny had no injury. NSAC was provided with NO PROOF/CONFIRMATION of an injury before the fight. And that is also why they denied the medication. This is not about my opinion. I'm simply stating the facts.

NSAC simply wanted PROOF of an injury. Requesting proof is not denying that there is an injury. Proof is wanted for confirmation, verification. Just like a bar would want proof by seeing your driver's license, even though they may sense you're over 21. They don't know for a fact til they see the documentation. NSAC didn't get that, so they denied the request. They also wanted to know this type of information well in-advance before the fight. BEFORE THE FIGHT (and not just 90 mins before either, lol). This and after the fight is unacceptable.

As they said, the entire situation is unacceptable. Team Pacquiao even tried to throw USADA into the mix, and USADA denied having knowledge of the injury before the fight.
