You have good, valid pt's too. I just think that Floyd is so damn smooth in the ring he'd be very hard to land flush against. But, I'd love for Gatti to beat both Floyd and Kostya..I love Gatti; I just realize his limitations But, then again, with all the shocking losses lately (Jones, Freitas) who the hell knows what to expect anymore!
This board is a bit on the tense side, I prefer to be a nice guy, don't want any bad Karma either!

I will take Gatti over PBF if anybody wants to put some points on it. Not Kostya.

Leija is no Mayweather. PBF will do a number on Gatti. I see Gatti with very little chance here. His only chance would be to come out "old style Gatti" come out brawling. If he tries to box with MW, it will be a very long night for for him

Very cool..it actually let me give you and Marvdave karma..and yes, it was the good kind!

Gatti has surpassed all expectations. Nobody thought he would last this long, let alone be dominating his opponents as he did with Dorin and Leija. It's really incredible what he's done, but the bus stops at Mayweather. It all ends there. Gatti will get his big payday, but Mayweather will destroy him.

People don't seem to remember or realize that mayweather is hot and cold.

His best performance by far IMO was against Corrales. And we all know that it was probably Corrales' worst performance in his career at the same time.
Before that fight and even since then, he has looked lackluster winning decisions against opponents who he should have beat in 2 or 3 rounds.
Pretty boy might have all the speed and talent in the world, and he'll probably beat Gatti by unanimous dec., but Gatti has more than a puncher's chance. He and McGirt can put together a gameplan that nobody will expect and Gatti can pull Mayweather into a close fight in the championship rounds. I'm serious. Gatti is more of a thinker now, and the punches that stopped guys in the lower weights for Floyd will not hurt Gatti.

Like I said, in all honesty, the deck is stacked against Arturo, but those of you who think he only has a 'puncher's chance' are being lulled into the PBF hero-worship syndrome. The man is not some sort of a god, neither was Roy Jones, but many of you thought he was, now you're all haters.
Mark my words, if Mayweather doesn't put it on Gatti hard and fast the whole fight just like he did against Corrales, Gatti can definitly pull out a win.

              Gatti

Gatti is just an old school
              brawler, Mayweather is too fast
and he wont just stand there and give gatti
              clean shoots at him.
              unless gatti does somethign amazing,
              mayweather has it won.

Floyd will not hurt Gatti with one shot but he will hurt him and bad. Floyd needs a title belt for bargaining power and he will not take Gatti lightly. You are gonna see the best of Floyd VS the best of Gatti. Floyd will stop Gatti late.

First of all i pick Gatti by KO, he's got the one punch KO power not PBF, and he will find it no matter what. Anyway, if PBF doesnt do what he says he's gonna do to Gatti he's going to lose respect, and if he loses than what respect he has now will be gone. The way people are making this fight out to be a massacre on gatti is prolly a bad thing to do, if PBF loses he will never recover mentally, he will be known as a former p4p that lost to a "bum", as most of you put gatti as. Oh and
El Jefe De Jefes, for being a Julio Cesar Chavez fan how can you say the PBF has it won, Meldrick Taylor had it won against Chavez and looked what happened, and Taylor put on one of his best boxing perfomances prolly he ever had. Even if PBF is gonna land 5 to 1 on gatti, gatti is going to make that 1 punch count, and it's gonna take a toll on PBF. Granted that gatti prolly doesn't hit as hard as Chavez does but he still hits hard enough to put floyd away.

Jose Luis Castillo won the first fight against PBF. Thats why Arum wanted a rematch right away ,because he knew it as well.Thats because of his style of body attack and aggression nullified PBF in a way. That’s how Gatti can beat Floyd, is by that same style. Gatti has more power then JLC, so this time Floyd might just get KO'ed instead of stunned as with Jose.Dont box, just take it to him Castillo style. You’re going to get hit either way, so make it harder for Floyd to box as did Castillo. Let’s see how Floyd holds up to the heart and determination of Gatti, not the other way around.
