Saying Gatti will lose to Mayweather is one thing, but making it sound like Mayweather will brutally KO Gatti is another thing altogether, and ******.

    Thank You.....

I call it like it is and Gatti is heavily overrated. There was an outcry from the Boxing community after the second Robinson loss (when he lost three in a row) for Gatti to retire, people said he was shot beause Robinson was picked as an easy opponent, an easy opponent who never beat anybody but Gatti. Gatti has not fought any A class opponent in any weight class in his entire career, period. Gatti has beat journeymen his entire career and not even beat most of them clean. He would get busted up, knocked down and have to edge them out.

Why has Gatti not fought Mayweather when he has been the mandatory since May of 2004? Mayweather said at the post fight presser this weekend that he wanted to fight Leija last year for his debut at 140 and HBO turned the fight down because they said "the choice of opponent was an insult to the network" and wanted a high ranked challenger so he fought Corley. He was pissed that HBO let Gatti fight him and are plugging the hell out of the event. Mayweather said he is going to punish Gatti and knock him out, he told the everyone at the post fight presser that Gatti was no different then Bruseles. He hasnt been the only one to voice this. Judah said the same thing, that Gatti was getting so much press for going to war with a journeyman that he beat easy in Ward. I like Gatti and would not miss a Gatti fight for the world but Floyd is going to hurt him bad. Take a look at the first Gatti fight with Ward, Gatti was beaten up so bad in the late round that HBO was yelling to the ref "you can stop the fight at anytime", his own corner almost stopped it. What do you think Floyd, regarded by some as the number one pound for pound fighter in the world (at least number two by most) will do to Gatti? This almost sound like people that were battling with me when I said Lewis was going to brutally KO Tyson. I was getting emails "maybe Lewis will win, but it won't be one sided". Those people still had excuses as they will still have them after Floyd beats him and moves closer towards Tszyu.

Keep in mind that Floyd signed the contract for the Gatti fight ages ago and Gatti has yet to sign it.

I dont think that's sad. He's done a lot, and brought a lot of attention to the sport.

There is alot of people who really don't deserve to be in the Hall Of Fame and Gatti will be one of them. I have been voicing my opinion about Gatti for awhile now he puts on great fights but is not a great fighter.

You love floyd, huh? But what I'm failing to see are all the top fighters on Mayweather's resume! I see Corrales and Castillo ( who BEAT him even though it's listed as a 'W'). Who else? Where's Hatton's name? Viv Harris? Frietas? Cotto? Tsyzu? Are THEY all ducking him too? Bruseles isn't in this league, is he?? So many people are touting mayweatehr as P4P the best but maybe we should see him beat a couple of the mentioned sames first, shall we?

I thought Floyd beat Castillo, it's funny how people say Castillo beat Floyd and Floyd beat him the second time when the Compubox numbers showed Castillo landing more punches in the second fight and Mayweather landing more in the first fight. There is no $$$ in Harris, he said he will fight Cotto and I can tell you right now that Top Rank will not match them until Cotto is worth more $$$$. Freitas is a Showtime fighter, Tszyu is a Showtime fighter. You forget to mention how Manfredy beat Gatti and then Floyd leveled Manfredy in two. Why hasnt Gatti ever rematched Manfredy? Manfredy called him out like a hundred times? Castillo and Corrales are both POUND FOR POUND FIGHTERS and both lsot to Floyd. Who is on Gatti's resume? Don't even name one P4P fighter, name one guy who was in the top two of his weight class. Don't forget Genero Hernandez, Emmanuel Augustus, Goyo Vargas, Justin Juuko, Carlos Hernadez, Jesus Chavez or were they all nobodies too?

He has barely got to 140 and all he wants right now is Gatti. He has consistently fought top 10 fighters most of his career so most people are going by what he has done before 140.

You can't count that. Everyone knew Gatti was going to get killed, he jumped from 135 to fight Oscar at 147. Oscar's last fight at 147. Oscar was a giant to Gatti, he was 155 on the night of the fight. I agree with Rick, Gatti is a great fighter but PBF is going to beat him very convincingly.

Why can't you count that loss? Gatti got in that ring he wasn't forced to.
