You have to count that. There's no not counting fights, PBF is going to brutalize Gatti worse than Hopkins did Tito.

If i were Gatti i would rather fight Zoo because he will trade with him and that is Gattis only chance. Mayweather will throw a few punches land and back away. Then when Gatti is worn down Mayweather will put a beating on him. Either way he is in trouble but he has a better chance catching zoo than Floyd.

The article was pretty much right on the money.. I truly enjoy watching Gatti and will never miss his fights, but facts is facts. Mayweather will make easy work of Gatti.

I'm sure Gatti will give us a good show this weekend.

Whats wrong with the truth. Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of Gatti, me and him are both from Jersey City. He's a tough guy with a lot of heart, but he will never beat the top guys. His WBC Junior Welterweight Belt is only good for holding his pants up, and he hasn't fought an elite fighter since Oscar De La Hoya.

              lol

I thought Floyd beat Castillo, it's funny how people say Castillo beat Floyd and Floyd beat him the second time when the Compubox numbers showed Castillo landing more punches in the second fight and Mayweather landing more in the first fight.
You just lost credibility there. Here's why your article is too venomous:

              1) You went out of your way to trash a guy like Gatti, who is a good, not great fighter, but who is great for boxing. He is great for the sport and has a name...why do you not knock Floyd for challenging him if he is such trash.

              2) You say Mayweather will brutally KO Gatti. Lennox KO'ing Tyson is something everyone SHOULD have been able to forsee. Only hardcore Tyson fans would have said otherwise in most cases. Mayweather MIGHT TKO Gatti, but he damn sure won't KO him...I'll bet you on that if they ever fight. If Gatti does get TKO'd so what? Is it not better to go out like that than to fight like a ***** and run like Mayweather did vs Castillo? I enjoy Mayweather, and root for him most of the time, but he ran like a ***** vs Castillo in their first fight and he lost. In addition, he does beat up women, and he is known to be an ass now and then, so why don't you write an article like this about him? I'm not even a huge fan of Gatti, but his style and effort commands respect, not nitpicking and trashing of his skills.

There are plenty of other fighters you could write an article like that about that deserve, but you do it to Gatti...don't you feel like the big man on campus now? You think just because Gatti has a lot of fans that he should be checked and dissed by you? That's immature if you ask me.

I think your good at trying to put words in my mouth. I never called Gatti trash and if you read past what you don't want to hear then you would see that the article states that "Gatti will only go so far", that he will always be a fighter that can't beat the best in the division. Tommy Morrison was the same way, good fighter, exciting, always got hurt and came back but was never good enough to beat the top heavyweights.

Mayweather is a boxer, the art of boxing is to hit and not get hit. Mayweather is not a brawler, you make no sense by saying that Mayweather should of stood there and went toe to toe with Castillo (giving Castillo his chance to win). Stylewise Mayweather is all wrong for Gatti, so is Tszyu. A guy like Hatton is a perfect fight that Arturo can win. Gatti can beat guys who brawl but he cannot beat strong boxers with speed. What Mayweather does in his personal life is not my business, I don't write about what fighters do outside of the ring.

I have no doubt that Gatti will go down swinging, that he will keep going until either his corner or the ref stops the fight. There is a big reason that Gatti has not fought any fighter as a pay per view main event after all these years, he has not fought anyone worthy of being a pay per view battle. Should Gatti and Floyd meet, it will be the first pay per view for both men but Floyd is a young guy still trying to find a fanbase.

I hope Gatti proves me wrong, I really do but I don't see it happening. Unlike other writers, when I'm wrong I say it. Just like I thought Jones would KO Tarver in 5 when they first fought and I ate crow. Just like I said Tua would knock out Byrd when thet fought and I ate crow as Tua was handled by Byrd easy. Gatti's only shot to win is if Mayweather slugs which will not happen.

Mayweather outboxed Castillo twice, the first time Floyd made it closer by choosing to fight off the ropes. The second time he straight boxed and schooled Castillo. I find it funny that your "nitpicking" on an article that just tells Gatti to stay away from Mayweather and Tszyu. Gatti never even fought a pound for pound fighter other then Oscar, Mayweather beat two of them.

Im sorry but he would be hurt badly by Floyd or Tszyu. It would be like watching Vinny Paz fight Roy Jones again. Its just a brutal masmatch in terms of talent.

Hell Gatti has been beaten by guys like Manfredy, Ivan Robinson and had life and death struggles with 3rd rate fighters like Joe Hutchinson, Branco and Wilson Rodriguez.

Yes he has won two "World Titles", but lets be real here. He is not the Champion at 140 and he was shamelessy protected at 130. His people know have manuevered him right though out his entire career.

Just look at all the great guys that were fighting at 130-135 when Gatti was there. Guys like Shane Mosley, Genaro Hernandez and Stevie Johnston all top 10-15 p4p guys and his people didn't want to have anything to with them.

Now that he is up at 140 his people are pulling the same stuff. They didn't want a fight with Tszyu and they ran from Floyd.

His people are not ****** they know they would be throwing there meal ticket away if they let him fight a guy like that. Please dont bring up him fighting DLH. That was a win-win situation for him and his people he gets paid a ton of money and everyone knows who DLH is so there when he lost his reputation would not be hurt.

Gatti has heart, is well conditioned, has plenty of power, and puts punches together almost as well as PBF, IMO. If he comes to fight, and puts the kind of pressure on PBF that he is capable of, this could be a very rough fight for both, don't count him out yet.
