how many times has GGG moved up weight? They are almost the same age and almost have the same amount of fights. Yet its gonna be "cotto's legacy" in question?

It doesnt matter how many. How many times had Hagler moved up? How old was Hopkins when he moved up?

Cotto moved to welter cause he couldnt make 140. Then moved up twice more cause he couldnt compete at present weight, picking decrepit, shot champs, both with serious knee ailments

ggg begging for a payday like canelo but this does not tarnish cotto legacy if they don't fight. cotto has fought the best in his division ducking no 1 him challenging the best 160 pounder and destroying him making him the first Puerto rican winning 4 titles in 4 divisions will never get tarnished. ggg still has not challenged himself against the best hes trying to fight smaller guys or b and c class fighters go up in weight and get the big names and stop chasing a cotto fight that will probably not happen because you bring no money and cotto can fight canelo and Floyd then retire

turned down a mega fight with Canelo, and now GGG. Dissappointing behavior from cotto, given his rep as being a d!k to his fans who pay for him to make a living, it's not a surprise.

It's different. This is more like 154. Floyd is lineal at 154 but I don't expect him to defend his title there because he's not a natural JMW.

If Cotto goes back down in weight and vacates his title its understandable. If he babysits it and makes defenses against Bradley and Rios I agree its a duck.

LOL dont even bother comparing GGG to hagler. Just stop it. GGG couldn't even put away rosado without the ref stopping it on cuts... and that was rosado's first fight at 160
