Not really. First off, due to the accusations I was surprised that they still tried to get the fight on(read below what Schaeffer said).
Also, you must know by now that there was a video and articles way before where Manny blamed his giving blood to him not feeling right against Morales I. Manny was A side who just came off 3 big fights. Floyd just came back from retirement. Floyd pushed and so Manny pushed back.

So could Manny have been on PEDs. Anything is possible. Do I think that he was. No. I didn't see a difference between Manny in the lower weights compared to 147+. In fact, who has Manny really KOed at 147+? It's Manny speed like Cotto said.

More recently in 2008, according to ESPN.com, Zab Judah requested Sugar Shane Mosley to agree to blood testing before their non-title welterweight fight which had been scheduled for May 31 of that year in Las Vegas. However, the fight never happened because Golden Boy CEO, Richard Schaeffer, refused the Olympic-style drug testing requested by the Judah camp, stating, "Whatever tests they [the Nevada State Athletic Commission] want them to take, Shane will submit to that. [But] We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires. The fact is, Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."

You Floyd fans need to get your act straight because its becoming a big joke.

Lets start with this:
You Floyd fans first say that no wonder Manny hasn't been KOing anyone since Floyd brought up the PEDs accusations. In other words, Manny has been off PEDs for a while. Now in the above post you turn it the complete opposite and say that Manny was still on PEDs even against Marquez IV fight that is why Manny/Marquez had no testing. Just laughable.

As for you comments:
- If you remember, Roach came out and said it would have been hypocritical of them to say no to Floyd and the following year demand it on someone else. So that is what happened with the Mosley situation.
- With Marquez, they thought about it but it was not part of the negotiations. The comments came up later when they saw videos/pictures of Marquez and that is when Roach commented on his su****ions. Then Arum said since its not in the contract and it takes time to get agreements plus testing to be setup, it was too late for that.


What about you:
Since it doesn't take much for you to be su****ious, why are you not su****ious of Marquez? He has Memo who said that even with PEDs testing, he knows of 20 ways to mask his PEDs. Memo said he would have informants check out the agencies that do the testing to see how to beat the test with flying colors.

Since it doesn't take much for you to be su****ious, what about Floyd? Are you su****ious about him? You think he is 100% natural like he says he is? Floyd has admitted to injecting drugs into his hands. That should be a deal breaker right there. Or is it different because its Floyd? You know, well Floyd (maybe) adhered to current standards so it was good enough but for Manny, those current standards were sub-par and not good enough because it was Manny.
