If indeed Hereida was the reason why JMM won (and not even considering true the rumors of Manny using PEDs and what same Roach said about Ariza's mistery shakes and the 5+ years without a KO/TKO), Manny fans should blame Roach and Arum because they refused testing as they only wanted the commission do its job (or maybe they were the one trying to hide something to the testers).
