Probably when Srisaket was WBC champion at 115

I read several articles leading up to this fight, that Chocolatito was going to do a free fight in Nicaragua for his fans. There were better fighters available, but their price was too steep. Sure he's fighting a bum, but who else do you know that would fight for free for their fans. I also think that this fight is being made so that he can address some of the defensive issues he's been working on. After this fight, expect to see him in with Edgar Sosa in May.

Yeah I read the article about them trying to find him a better opponent and everything, but fighting a guy with 28 L's is not acceptable, he's a champ fighting a guy with that many losses is not cool. Any other well known champ would get heavy heat for fighting an opponent like Gonzalez is doing right now.

The rules are different for guys down at this weight. Look what Wonjongkam was doing in non title fights. It's just a whole different world there. These guys don't make big money in their big fights and they don't have that much to choose from either.

There would be no booing. But more people will be rooting for Naoya. And Naoya would absolutely wipe the floor with Gonzalez. Naoya is a freak of Nature. Naoya is a Monster.

Any other well known champion fighting 4 or 5 times a year would be impressive, doing it and allowing the crowd to enter for free would be pretty amazing as well.

The problem with some of these "well known" fighters is that they are getting multiple times what Gonzalez gets for his biggest fights then acting like primaddona when fans call them out on their BS

What other big fight has Gonzalez been in since Estrada, I can wait to see him fight Naoya and the end of the year. So I can finally watch him fight a guy that has a chance to beat him, no doubt Gonzalez has skills but I would like to see him fight tougher opponents.
