Im surprised to see he didnt reveal his gameplan...so much fighters, especially lately, give up crucial info on their gameplans in these interviews. Porter takes the cake though by inviting his opponents to come watch him spar

I don't think any MW can beat GGG.

Murray has strength, stamina and determination, but Golovkin's lethal body punches will be a real problem for him. His only chance is to keep moving and jabbing and try to stay in there for as long as possible, hoping GGG will slow down as the rounds go by.

But GGG cuts down the ring so well. This is going to be a tough fight for Martin.

Just cant see Murray beating GGG. If he pulls this off its the upset of the last couple years.

I wouldn't mind if Murray make the fight a clinch fest. It will be nice see something different.

Biggest upset of the last couple of years was Garcia beating Salka. Nobody saw that coming.

So whoever wins this fight will be the WBC Silver Interim Champion? Or is it the WBC Interim Silver Champion? How many belts under one governing body do you need before the recognized champ of champs (Cotto) is forced to face you? It's obvious Cotto wants no part of Golovkin but what other path can he take, besides retiring or vacating the title, if he wins his next fight and Golovkin beats Murray?

I Don't See How Murray Wins

Although GGG is one of the biggest hype jobs since Edison Miranda I doubt Murray will be the one who dethrones him. Murray fights off the back foot too much, does not have enough power, fights passive in many instances, does not have a varied punch selection or arsenal, etc. Just his overall lack of skill. I think after he feels GGGs power which is just slightly above average in my opinion he will be reluctant to engage, and the fight will be reduced to him trying to survive, as opposed to trying to win. If he pulls off the upset I will be shocked. He is too woefully incomplete to beat GGG in my opinion. And that's not to say GGG is a beast because in my opinion he is not it has more to do with Murrays lack of quality as a fighter as opposed to GGGs quality.

the first fighter to beat GGG is going to have to have serious power or serious boxing skills. Murray has neither, another mismatch

Murray is not beating Golovkin. He's a decent all round fighter but i think to beat GGG you would need one or more outstanding qualities to your game that could get you through the fight. Murray doesn't have that. he's just a solid fighter and thats not enough. Same as Macklin, Same as Geale.
