Robinson, Armstrong, Leonard, Duran, Ali, Langford, Johnson, Wilde, Greb, Gans, Hagler, Hearns, Chavez Sr., Arguello and Monzon are but a few of the many great fighters who are far superior to Mayweather and have a far greater legacy than he will leave behind when he retires.

I understand everything you are saying and for my two cents, opting out of that instant rematch with Bradley was a mistake and bad career move on his part. He wanted it but was overruled by Top Rank and Bob Arum because they guaranteed Tim too much money in the rematch clause. Therefore, he reluctantly fought Marquez for the fourth time instead.

Nonetheless, the facts remain. Pac has not looked the same since those two losses. He hardly even resemble the fighting machine he once was five and six years ago where he was demolishing and steamrolling past opponents like: De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto and Margarito. That version of Manny would have been easily favored to defeat Money Mayweather but now I am not so sure.

Manny has never been favored to beat Mayweather even when he was primed and steam rolling over fighters. When Pacquiao was primed, so was Mayweather. In my opinion prime Mayweather>Primed Pacquiao. I always said this from way back and even broke down the fight. Yeah, Bradely rematch should have been made immediately.

At their age the discussion about the fight is more exciting than the fight actually happening... Maybe it's just me but this fight has zero appeal other than to see the reactions from the winning and losing side even though by age/standard at their age it would be like watching two senior citizens fighting over the last discounted turkey.

I agree about him doing a good job playing a role of a villain and loving it, too bad, once all the glimmers, dimmed down on him, he'll be a lonely man who no one really cares but his money. Sad really.
