Beating old SSM and DLH, and already lost many times Cotto and Hatton at 147 who arguably lost to Collazo don't make you the GOAT, you and I know that.
Next bribe is to tell Floyd that if he beats GGG at middlweight he will be fourth in the ATG books behind SRR, Aliand Pac. But the response from Floyd fans would probably be, "why should Floy give advantages, you just want him to lose? Floyd has never weighed more than 160 fight night and GGG will be 175"

Basically, Floyd wont take risks and don't care about his legacy enough to do what he needs to do. But yes, Floyd, if you beat GGG you will be no2 of all tiem behind SRR. Will you fight GGG then?
If Floyd fights and beat GGG you would find another excuse exactly the same way you just found some for fights you were saying would put Floyd in the top 10 atg. Once a hater, always a hater.

50-0 win 1 more fight and retire, leave while people still remember you at your best.

Become a trainer (a build up the next champ)

Guys like Robinson and Armstrong have so many fights so there really isn't much Floyd could do to pass them.
This right here is what he needs to do to improve his current status as an all time great. I think he needs to start with a win over Pacquiao, not a domination, but a clear win. Anything shy of that I think starts to tarnish his legacy more than anything.

Beating Pacquiao, taking the 160lb belt from Cotto, and hitting 50-0 would REALLY push Floyd up there in ATG status. History will end up painting him in an incredible light if he does all that.

I heard somewhere that Floyd wants to move up weight and fight GGG. Let's see what he does after the Pac fight, if it even happens.

To be the TBE he would have to fight the best all the way to 160.

            147:

            - Pacman
            - Thurman
            - Khan
            - Danny Garcia

            154:

            - Golovkin

            160:

            - Ward

Honestly ask yourself, can he stand up to Duran, Herns, Hagler, LaMotta, Armstrong?

As I said before once he saw other boxers were physicallyhis size and bigger-he took a big dump on what possibly boxings greatest weight class alltime. No way, not even top 60. A fighter needs to dare to be great. What is daring once he got to 140 and above???

There isn't anything he would do to become the best boxer ever. And that is not me hating on Floyd coz I respect his ability a whole lot, but there isnt anything he would attempt to do to become that.

He is without doubt ONE OF the best we have ever seen, he is neck and neck for the title of the greatest of his entire era, but the best ever? No disrespect, but that he is not, and there isn't anything he will do from this point on to change the opinions of anybody outside of his fanbase.

People say if he beats pacquiao and moved up and beats GGG, takes Cottos title and whatever else have a point, that would increase his claim to being TBE a whole lot, but will he do all those things? The answer is no and all of us with a rational standpoint know that he will simply not do all of those things before he leaves the game.

You have to dangle a carrot in front of Floyd to get him to fight and do what he has to do. You have to give him an incentive to make it worth his time. Lets say if he beats GGG, he is the best of this era, and above SRL ATG wise.
This time I mean it. He will have deserved to be as he took a proper risk and not a calculated one.
But id still like to see him beat Pac first.
