Obviously Broner is in desperate need of a rematch against Maidana. Therefore, if he really wants a rematch, he should trying offering Maidana more and more money until Maidana agrees to a rematch. It's not like Maidana needs to be chasing after a rematch against he clobbered around for 12 rounds.
