what are you talking about ,trying to twist what I'm saying... the Pacquiao Morales 1 fight was exciting because of the volume thrown...but the outcome had Manny been wearing the Reyes could have been totally different,its often overlooked because in the second and third fight he was able to wear the Reyes,some might say because he got to wear those gloves in the second and third fight it actually proves the outcome of the first fight would have been different

Have you ever worn foam gloves and used them on say a heavybag?they spread the power of shots and take steam out of shots

and I can't answer the ODH,Floyd fight because I don't know that situation but I do know the only effect it would have on Floyd would be minor as opposed to what he pushed on Maidana to try and take power away from his shots

Floyd could wear any gloves because his whole fight plan is to score points (not damage and Ko)


P.S if the gloves they use are no big deal then why tirelessly defend Floyds actions of pushing extra padded gloves on fighters?

Disagreeing with your thread point is not defending. I answered questions you asked directly and respectfully. Then you come with defending Floyd. My initial points were about glove choice made by any a side/bigger draw in any fight and what i see as excuse making by a certain group of posters.

You are narrowing it to only non punchers gloves. I wasn't. Besides, I pointed out the glove issue has already been resolved for the fight.
