Why Is Mosley Still Respected When He Is a Self Admitted PED Cheater?

He has been known as a cheater since shit what half a decade at least, why is he giving the pass?

I find it funny he practically had no real backlash.

    It's a good point.

He doesn't get much backlash considering.

Well he admitted using the CREAM, which he didn't know was a steroid. A lot of the athletes that used it didn't know what it was because it was a designer and they kept passing tests because it didn't show up on the banned substances list from the NSAC. He used it during the De La Hoya rematch, which really didn't help him all that much cause I thought he lost that rematch and a lot of people do as well.

It is interesting but I have noticed with some people that admit to foul play, when they are on the main stage they seem to be somewhat forgiven. Not so much forgiven in the sense that they got away with it completely, but they catch their flack, take some heat and then before you know it people dont mind seeing them fight again.

first of all you can respect certain actions a person makes or qualities they have while not respecting others. second, mosley admitted to being on PEDs but never to taking them knowingly. given the fact that he is so respected otherwise and that he was very open about the whole thing from day one (the opposite of margarito and most who get caught) makes people give him the benefit of the doubt.

Of course he knew. Gee some guys is just so naive.

And yeah. Mosley is a cheater and should only get in the HOF with an asterisk.
