Just back from the gym, Managed 5 slow paced rounds with 1.30 break. Was surprised at my cardio its not actually THAT bad.
However my punching power/speed is literally non existent which is a bit of a low blow i thought it would of stayed with me

You're still young...you'll be suprised how fast your body will change once you get a good diet and exercise routine down especially if been in shape before. The biggest thing is discipline and stop smoking cold turkey style. Also if you are really serious about getting back in shape you will probably have to stop hanging out with your friendsto as they are probably the reason you smoke and drink. You become who you surround yourself with. Good luck.Comment
