Khan stylistically poses more problems for Floyd than Cotto ever will

Young, sharp jab, speed, footwork and high workrate as well as being athletically gifted

Cotto had his chance, and won 3 rounds, he was never going to beat Floyd, and a rematch will be a shut out, we know Floyd does even better in rematches..

Fed up of seeing Floyd fight the same fighter and styles over and over again.

it depends on how many of those early rounds khan can get. i can easily see it going down like the taylor-hopkins fights with khan piling up the rounds early but floyd coming on and looking good late with better timing and straight right hands. floyd lost so many of those early rounds in the first maidana fight that i can't see him starting well when he's still trying to time and adjust to khan's speed, movement and combinations. I'd say if Floyd wins he will start taking control around round 5-6 but if he loses it's because he won't have figured khan out until round 6-8. I'll favor Khan to edge him though Floyd will come on strong late. Imagine a fight where Floyd know he is down on the cards and has to try to sell out a bit. It would be wildly intriguing. It could happen here.

TELL US WHO these "fast" fighters Floyd didn't fight?

LOL at Khan having a sharp jab. It's decent, nothing more. And Khan doesn't have better footwork.

What happens when Floyd starts timing Khan?

Exactly, no one wants to see them fight anybody else but each other at this point. The sad part is that Cotto was always Floyd's number 1 option, he never entertained the Pac fight.

The last time Floyd faced anyone fast was a lifetime ago, and that was Zab, who gave Floyd hell for 5 rounds, sadly Zab was mentally weak and lacked the heart to maintain his gameplan

That was prime Floyd, this version of Floyd is much slower, he has hand issues as well as very poor workrate.

Floyd doesnt throw with his opponents, i dont see Khan having any serious issues, especially this version of Khan under Hunter, who gives you less openings than ever.

Floyd will have to fight every second of every round with Khan, there will be no rest or running away.

What happens when Floyd times Khan, though?

Tell us again who these so-called fast fighters are?

                  What happens when Floyd adjusts?

I am a Mayweather fan. However, if this fight does not happen on May 2, I don't care if it ever happens and hope it never happens. I am sick of all the BS taking place with the negotiations for this fight.

It makes sense and I am not surprised that Arum wants to squeeze another $10 to $20 million out of Pacquaio before he sacrifices him to Mayweather in what may be Pacquaio's last fight if he loses. However, if it doesn't happen on May 2, I hope it is scrapped all together.

yes i can see him winning 7 rounds. he has an underrated ring iq. his tendency for getting ****** into a brawl has really subsided with virgil training him. he is one of the fighters that are skilled and talented enough to execute the directions he is given in the corner. if he gets enough early rounds in the bank he can change things up a bit and fight on the outside to take advantage of his height and reach advantages. if that banks him a couple rounds i think its enough. 115-113 khan. either way it will be a close, competitive fight.
