Is Mathysse a good enough counter puncher to make a fight with Pacquiao interesting?

Matts is a better boxer than people give him credit for, and his power would have Pac leery for the entire fight. I think Matts struggles a bit early but comes on later on in the fight and scares Pac a few times. Pac ends up winning like 8-4 or something along those lines. I could see Pac dropping him once early on but Matts gets back up and presses on.
