naw I didnt, showtime has great programing outside of boxing aswell but I understand in your case, which really doesnt make sense to me lol usually you get special pricing for like the first year then you get regular pricing it never becomes cheaper.

Not sure who his provided is, but I have Comcast. They just offered me damn near the exact same deal.

I just canceled my Showtime did you?

My contract with my cable was up and they told me I could get like same cable I've been getting plus a DVR HD box and it would cost like $75 less, but they said I couldn't get Showtime anymore.

So I thought why am I paying $75 a month more just for Showtime, especially when it looks like all their fighters that we care about jumped ship to PBC and other networks right?

The only Showtime fight I couldn't miss was Stiverne vs Wilder and I already saw that. Besides that I can't even think of any other fights for me worth keeping Showtime so I canceled.

You guys think I made the right choice? Did you drop Showtime too?

I still got HBO and I think thats all that really matters right?

What do you all think?

I am not everyone else, but I would have done the same. I mean if there is other programming that you think is worth $75 a month, then keep it, but if you have them mainly for the boxing, I would definitely get rid of it, if it was me. To me $75 a month is a lot of money to free up. If there are fights on showtime that come up that you want to see, you can always download them and watch them. It usually only takes about an hour after the fight, before someone uploads it.
