Mick Hennessy, who co-promotes EBU/British heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, expects his fighter to faces IBO/WBO/WBA/IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko next. Klitschko will first defend his title on April 25 against undefeated Bryant Jennings in New York City and Fury will take on Chrstian Hammer at the O2 Arena on February 28.

Fury is the WBO's mandatory challenger to the title. There have already been discussions held between the two sides and Klitschko has been receptive to the idea of facing Fury in the UK.

well,,,I personally wouldn't blame him if he did rather wanna get wilder first before a likely more difficult fight with wlad. anyway,,,,both fights should be entertaining while they last so we shall see how it plays out

I really don't have an idea of how Wilder's handlers will match him up and what fights they'll plan this year. In the post-fight interview to the Stiverne fight, Wilder said he'd like to fight 4 times a year. Fighting 4 times per year, I think, would be the best way to develop his talent and the fan base. However, with Al Haymon in the picture, I just don't see that happening.

Anyway, I think it's likely that he'll face a soft opponent for his first defense. I'm thinking they'll select someone like Charr, Browne, Spzilka or Perez
