Notice that once Pacquiao and Koncz had a chance to speak directly with Mayweather and have their own line of communication with him, they've kept relatively quiet and haven't been attacking Mayweather as they had before?

The thing that I do know is Arum has no power here, if the fight doesn't get done nobody can blame him, its all up to Floyd everyone is waiting on his next move.

HBO and Koncz said if the fight doesn't happen its up to the fighters/principals not the networks, Showtime and Espinoza make no comment because Floyd is their guy and if they put the onus on him it looks bad so they are just staying silent.

Yeah I read the conversation. Peplz was clearly overzealous but even Helen Keller could see he was referring to negotiations. When I saw those examples I was like "oh, wow this should be a good read." Instead I'm scrolling through marijuana tribunals. Some desperate ish but whatever. I hear ya.

Arum has no power? He has plenty of power- he controls Pacquiao and has plenty of say with HBO. If the fight does fall through, I dont know if he would be at fault but he easily could be.

I can see how you think its all on Mayweather and its definitely plausible that's the case but in no way can you say that for certain based mostly off Arum's words.

Seems simple to me....Pacquiao has accepted 60/40 split in favour of Mayweather; HBO should accept 60/40 split on all broadcasting in favour of Showtime
