Floyd and SHO know they are holding the chips and they are willing to sit it out until they get what they want. A lot of blame to go around here but that's negotiations. There's still a good bit of reason to believe a deal is possible though. Both sides remain committed for now
    No they're not.

I prefer Khan. I think Cotto will be a tough matchup but give me Khan. I'll be disgusted if it's Cotto, quite frankly.

          • HBO should leak the contract to the press. **** the litigation, just expose Floyd for the poosey he is.

I don't either but you got to admit, If you are running HBO its a huge risk, huge reward move. Also gives a vlaid reason why SHo/CBS hasn't exercised the out if they lost so much on the Maidana fights.

I have been saying this since day one...there could be a 2 hour documentary n the behind the scenes of this debacle...let HBO just unload on what the dumbass is really doing to tank this fight

Yes it's my speculation that that's the fight he wants all along and that his talks for Pac are a front....thats why he's moving at a snails place with Pac. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he's in deeper negotiations with Cotto than Pac.

Floyd holds the cards vs manny but I think its leaning towards hbo over showtime. if the replay broadcast is the issue, then it makes sense that hbo thinks they can muscle showtime to try to get it. regardless if its right or wrong to kill the fight over that issue, it does look like they may have enough leverage to demand it.

At this point, they need to just fight each other.

Floyd vs GGG wouldn't do big numbers. Nobody besides hardcore fans knows who the hell GGG is.

Being real about things yes GGG passes the eye test as far as ability and things but he hasn't fought anybody to get that shot at Floyd
