Vitali Klitschko would be proud of that.
The reason I mention Fury’s size is that none of the other very big heavyweights can fight at the same pace he can. Size has its drawbacks as well as its advantages, otherwise the division would be dominated by 20st muscle freaks.

One of the drawbacks of huge size is correspondingly huge oxygen uptake requirement. This is why the big guys either fight at a slow, measured pace or in spurts, like Wlad.

Fury is naturally huge, not carrying a lot of gym muscle, so his heart and lungs are in proportion to the rest of his body, which makes a difference.

He's been improving steadily over the last 2/3 years. Maturing, becoming physically stronger and learning from past mistakes.

Furys range is just crap. Wilder has that right. I think Wilder beats him.

          This is just not true.

Plenty of fighters have come out and said he was longer than you'd think. With the longest reach in boxing, that makes sense.

            Yes. I agree. That's a good point.

            Fury has...

            Height+range
Weight (harder for Wilder to move/saps strength)
            Combination punching speed
            Definite superior boxing skills
            Probably better punch resistance
            Stamina+output advantage

            Wilder has...

            Single shot speed
            Single shot power
            Agility

It'll be close but if Fury can wear the power of Wilder, he wins imo. If not, Wilder gets the drop on him. It all comes down to Wilder's overrated power vs Fury's really untested chin.

This is the heavyweight fight I most want to see. The build up to the fight would be great and the winner would truly deserve a shot at Wlad. I'm rolling with Wilder if it happens. Bomb Squad!

Tyson Fury is probably the most underrated boxer on this forum. I see him beating Wilder with ease as long as he maintains the discipline that he showed in his fight against Chisora.

I'm not sure why Fury threw in the "handsome" remark when describing Haye. Is that how British fighters talk trash about each other?

That will be one of the easiest fights of Tyson's career. Deontay will never be able to out box Fury or even match him for power.
