Surprising piece by Ronnie, but glad he finally wrote something subjective. People are way too caught up about this supposed contract. Am I the only one who understood the message from TR? From the beginning, I understood it to be Manny agreed in principle. That's generally how fights are negotiated, right? Both sides go back and forth over terms, compromise over terms, one fighter agrees in principle, the other fighter agrees in principle, lawyers write up a long form contract, said fighters sign long form contract. Right? So when team Manny says they agree to all the demands, does that not mean they agreed in principle and are awaiting a response? I get the feeling all it takes is for Floyd to say I agree to the terms, we're fighting on ____ and everyone else falls in line. We still haven't heard that he's agreed to these supposed terms which leads me to believe there are very big issues still on the table. My guess is Mayweather Promotions wants TR to step aside, among other things.

If all they were talking about was just principle, why did they keep saying "sign the contract" to Floyd? You guys are hilarious

            Genuinely shocked

He raises some very good points.

I don't know why they did that, that whole "sign the contract" and the "deadline" and "everything's agreed" just to come out weeks later and sau the exact opposite.

Can't get my head around why they would do that.

Crackheads little crybaby, Jr himself said it takes 6 months to do a ppv.

              Where has he been ?

Why hasn't he been pushing the fight to PAC ?

Why will he stick to the May 2 date ?

Why is it only up to May to push to fight Pac and not the other way around??Both these guy's should be pushing to fight each other..I really hope that's what's happening now..Enough of the bull already from both these fighters..

You know damn well that Bob Arum doesn't want this fight

I mean seriously...that one guy he hates so much, the one who left and became bigger than Arum would've imagined...now coming back to you as the A-side, in a bigger position than you and on the verge of beating your prized possession. And you know Floyd probably gets aroused at the realization that not only is he negotiating versus Arum as the A-side, but will get a chance to administer the ultimate F-U by beating the bejeezus out of Pacquiao. I wouldn't be surprised if Arum croaked shortly after

Right! Now they want to get technical but that's not what they were yelling a week or so ago.

                      Pathological liars, all of them.
