Everyone fought Ward, Kessler offered him a rematch and he turned it down. Kovalev wants to fight Ward. Stevenson offered Ward a two-fight deal. DeGale tried to fight him late 2013.

The problem with Ward he has certain fights he wanted (Pavlik, Froch & Chavez) and couldn't get them, then he had his promotional issues.

I would favor Ward over Golovkin but it's a 55-45/60-40 thing, far from a lock.
