Ward still has a contract with HBO, this is Ward trying to squeeze more money for a bum opponent

I don't think he needs a Tune Up to whip anybody at 168 at the moment to be honest, finding one of them to grow a pair and come fight him is the bigger challenge.

Ward is in the same spot he was before going on Hiatus to get out of his Goossen Deal. He comeback and 2 Guys he already beat are sitting at the top of the Division (Abraham and Froch).

Cedric Agnew the only one stepping up right now, maybe Robert Stieglitz or Strum? But I doubt either is fighting outside of Germany anytime soon.

Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez is clearly NOT READY!

New Promotion Same Situation It Seems!

You know?... Ward first wanted to fight Sartison (!?!), but eventually HBO "forced" him to fight the big and undefeated star Edwin Rodriguez.

... Too late now (you should have posted this way back -- i.e. in January 2012...). Ward has to move up at 175 to fight Bute -- who just signed with Al Haymon...

                    Wait a sec...

By "Ramirez" you mean Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez? That 23 years old Mexican guy? Who's supposed to have a whole career ahead?

while bute and stevenson weren't worthy, sartison and rodriguez were.
