    Did Canelo move too quick?????

With what we are hearing about the Pac-May fight being close to a done deal. If its signed Canelo should not fight Kirkland on that date.
Should he have waited on the outcome and salvaged his fight with Cotto. They could of had a ppv fight in June.

If Floyd vs Manny does get made, it puts Cotto in a difficult situation, too. He will have no really lucrative options other than Canelo. I'm pretty sure both will want the fight then. GBP will pay Kirkland some step aside money and they will have their PPV.

He can still, and most likely will fight Cotto later this year. But you can't force the guy in the ring, yet you're assuming Cotto is waiting on Floyd-Pac. According to what I know of, that's just NSB speculation? Did Cotto officially say that?

Anyways Canelo Cotto, Canelo Kirkland is the same caliber fight imo. ****, Cotto should fight Kirkland and see how he fairs next.

I'm a Canelo fan but I'm pretty sure Cotto is waiting on Floyd. That's the only logical explanation for why he didn't agree to fight Canelo.

If you ask me, I don't think it's smart of him because 1) there's a chance Floyd vs Manny will happen 2) even if it doesn't, there's no guarantee Floyd will fight him.

In short, like I said in my previous post, if he doesn't get Floyd next, Cotto needs Canelo and if Canelo still wants the fight, it will happen.

How about Cotto against GGG with a catch weight contract limit?

lets be real, no way Cotto fights Glovokin at 160lbs.

He didn't want to fight the lineal MW champ at 160lbs, he's defintely not gonna fight the more dangerous, bigger, in Glovokin at 160lb.

Glovokin, will more than likely end up coming down to 155-158 or such.
