Manny is gonna be so different than any fighter Jr has ever fought. The speed of timing is Jr's asset but Pac is smarter and not head first.

The biggest thing I see is what others have done and not capitalized on their success like the big shot from Mosley or Zab winning the first 4 rounds, he laid back, Mosley just couldn't pull the trigger and quit trying. Pac DON"T LAY BACK , he will keep bringing it, and Pac won't let up. Like you said if slow Maidana can land a big shot PAC CERTAINLY WILL but he won't let up with the speed and intangibles, angles and fire coming from everywhere. Jr has always chosen easy fighters and once they were timed they essentially quit trying. Gerurro sp disappointed me after he whipped Berto. Pac won't ! ITs when Jr gets nailed early and KEEPS IT COMING that will dethrone JR off his paper P4P TBE claim.

Likewise, Floyd is gonna be so diffrrent than anyone Pac has faced. I see Pacs speed being a factor only if hes able to get his jab established, but i also see Pacs speed and combos being offset by Floyds lead right...you gotta note Pac has to overcome floyds reach advantage, qhich means hes gonna have to get in close and thats where floyds stronger inside game will come into play. Floyd has the overall advantage, no secret, hes better from range and far better ob the inside than Pac. Im expecting Pac to have exceptional speed and footwork against floyd..gonna be a good one, from a strategic standpoint.

I see Pacs speed being a factor only if hes able to get his jab established, but i also see Pacs speed and combos being offset by Floyds lead right...you gotta note Pac has to overcome floyds reach advantage, qhich means hes gonna have to get in close and thats where floyds stronger inside game will come into play. That is the whole problem with Manny for the fight, he essentially has to be perfect everytime. Now he will get to that spot where he is most effective but against a guy like Floyd who is smart and recognizes stuff like that it becomes exceedingly difficult to get that spot.

If Floyd lays on the ropes that helps Manny because then he can control the distance a bit better but he has to be careful there also because he can't fall out of that range.

Not that it can't be done and Manny is a great fighter but having to thread a needle constantly is tough.

IT was BS, Canelo was the BS, he was UNPROVEN, I was HOPING, it went totally against the grain and I said this is some post I am not looking up nor care about.

BUT

This is more than HOPING, we are talking about Pac is PROVEN, nothing that JR can do will stop PAC.

However ,, JR is not PROVEN against a real proven threat, he is more like the dog that is rolled into easy stuff BUT he will be coming to the RING to face the threat of his life.

Pac is like Hurricane HUGO, people will begin cry, Jr will weather the storm but then after a bit, he will find the Storm gets greater, the intensity will become more and stronger and Jr will WILT !!!

I see the difference in speed being a big factor here(among other things).. not just handspeed but more importantly footspeed/footwork. Manny's is simply phenomenal. No one else in the game compares, not even Floyd. I feel it's a very under-rated trait, and it basically lays the foundations for everything else. IMHO

Idk about him, but i said from the start floyd would beat canelo by wide ud. However, with Manny there's NO WAY Floyd easily beats him no way.
