Gloves will be 8oz regardless is what he saying now brand is different story I see manny getting to wear his cleto Reyes though people mention gloves only because of what happen between maidana which was his fault for trying sneak them illegal padded ones in cotto wore his cleto Reyes when they fought

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum believes that the planned May 2 multi–million dollar showdown between eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao and undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr will be wrapped up by the end of this week.

In a long distance conversation with BoxingScene.com/Manila Standard/Viva Sports, Arum said “according to everybody it seems we are moving towards a fight” although he cautioned “you never know.”

It's simple he got caught trying use worked in gloves that had some horsehair remove his credibility was gone he could of been adamant on using the commission approve other pair wasn't because of the pay day that was involved it wouldn't of got to that point if his team ain't try and cheat he would of had gloves of his choosing that's what people fail to see and try to bring up glove issues when that's only time you have heard of glove issue in floyds career

It's not just you its in many other threads. It's a trivial issue that Pac fans make into an excuse. It's just good that Dan has clarified it so they can stop.
