Most likely Buffer and Lennon will announce, unless the diva throws a fit about an HBO guy being on stage. But for Lewis/Tyson, Buffer announced for Lennox, and Lennon did for Mike.

As for the commentators, I don't know. I saw a replay of Lewis-Tyson which I believe featured an HBO crew, but that may be because it was an HBO replay, I'm not sure how the live event was actually featured.

Honestly, I know nobody wants to do this no matter how much someone might insist to "turn the volume down" to see how a fight really played out after everyone had already seen the fight with the volume up...but really, the best thing you could probably do for yourself is to actually watch the fight the FIRST time on mute...You will then SEE the fight without knowing the outcome, as opposed to HEARING the fight and being told of what to look at. I mean this for all fights, or at least the ones you feel you are emotionally invested in, I'm not referring to just Pac-May.

Perhaps we'll get 2 sho guys and one from hbo...Al, Lampley, and Mauro or I'd be cool with just Mauro and Al...exclude Paulie for obvious reasons. And I wouldn't want Max to do the fight cause he's just corny and sometimes randomly biased. I think Lampley and Andre Ward, just the 2 of them, make an EXCELLENT team. Lampley seems to respect Andre's opinion and Ward really breaks things down beautifully. But we're likely to get the worst of the worst, Mauro, Paulie, and Max.

Arum has never stolen money from Manny. Hes made Manny oje of the richest athletes and most popular athletes on the whole planet. Manny had tax problems because he spent too much and gave too much to charity plain and simple. It had nothing to do with bob arum. Jas, buddy, Pac may be all those things but imo thats whats going against him in this fight..Mayweather lives and breathes nothing but boxing and Pacs distractions may play an important role in this fight...but then again somebody will probably file a lawsuit against floyd come fight week, which has become the norm...f.uck it, may the best man win!! (Assuming, of course, the fight does indeed get made)

I lost interest in Floyd's fights starting with the moment he changed Maidana's gloves with 24 hours prior to the actual fight.

If I see Pac coming in the ring with those Mickey Mouse foam padded gloves, then I'm still not interested -- it will be a huge money fight only and nothing more.

(later edit: I still think that Floyd would be able to win even if Pac is using his Cleto Reyes...)

For me it's 50/50, but if Floyd doesn't respect Manny's punching power because he is using a "pillow" gloves he'll walk Manny down. But if Manny is using his preferred 8oz Cleto Reyes gloves, Floyd will definitely feel those punches and will hesitate to trade with Manny and won't even think of walking him down.

I truly believe Manny won't knock Floyd out because he's still elusive. But if Floyd get hurt and continue to get hurt, he will retort back on his phily shell defensive posture, and if that's the case? More combinations will run down on him.

You don't cover up against the rope with Manny because you'll see what
it did to Dela Hoya, Bradley, Morales, Barrera, and whoever stood there in
front of Manny and just cover up.

Don't confuse opinion with reality. I know it hurts your feelings but Pac is 1-1 with Tim Bradley. Deal with it. Pac beat Oscar & Hatton after Floyd won fighter of the year beating them both in 2007. Floyd beat Cotto but Floyd didn't make him fight at a Catchweight. Floyd outclassed the great Juan Marquez. Marquez knocked Pac the **** out last time they were together & this isn't the 1st time Pac was KOd. Mayweather has rarely even come close to seeing the canvas. Those are facts son.

Dude, Manny's BIR problems is different with his IRS problems here. Yeah he doesn't seem smart enough to spend/ give away his money in the Philippines. I'm talking about his unfilled tax here in the states which that is Arums overall responsibility because of Manny being a foreign fighter under his stable.

You said it, he graduated cum laude from Harvard, yes he promoted a lot of the biggest fight there is to be made, yes he promoted a lot of HOFers names in boxing, he guides most of them to the stratosphere of their career. But he also knows how to make most money out of them, like you said he graduated cum laude.

Arum has some history of shady business as well, idk how true is Floyd statement of Bob ripping him off, but he's not the only one that complain about Bob low balling them. Why did Chavez JR. Left him if his happy with Bob? Manny stick with Bob out of Loyalty? Perhaps, but he's also is on his twilight of his career so he need a solid financial wall to protect him. I don't blame Arum on a lot of things, but he had some history of keeping all the profits to himself instead of working harder to work against rival promoting companies.

I respect that philly defense.. but I think Manny's only chance to win is volume punching.. use his angles to get in and out and throw a lot of punches!! land or not.. do not let Floyd get in any kind of rhythm.. that way looks like manny controlled the rounds.. Mayweather will have to adapt to the speed and angles.. which speed may be easier.. the angles will definitely throw him off.. you guys saw how he dealt with Maidana's slow angles.. "tactical clinching" as a floydie would say.. (even though they called devon/maidana a hug fest)

You sounds like you know a lot about boxing, NOT! I stated my opinions on what would be the different if Manny uses a "pillow" gloves compare to his 8oz gloves. You? You just assume that Manny can't win regardless of gloves sizes.

How you gonna win if one of your advantage of winning is taken by the "A side"? The question you should ask to yourself is, if Floyd is the best ever like he always said why not fight those inferior to him on an even playing field?
