I get what you are saying. but regardless if manny fights Floyd or not. he should have still left top rank and did business as a free agent. it would save pacquiao 27% that arum takes from him every fight. and he could have just worked with top rank on a fight too fight basis. the same way cotto and marquez do now. he would still basically be a hbo/top rank fighter, just with an extra 27% in his pocket

Manny has a lot on his plate in case you didn't hear so having a manager and promoter is his best bet to keep up with the rest of his life. Floyd just gives out food to poor folks on Las Vegas corners while Pacquiao helps build a better future for his whole country. Huge, gaping difference.
in the free agent scenario, arum would still promote his fights. he just wouldn't have too pay bob 27% of his purse.
what does mayweather have too do with pacquiao being able too keep an extra 27% of his money by working with bob arum as a free agent as opposed too working with bob arum as a contracted fighter?
wouldn't that 27% help build a better future for his country?Comment

I don't think it works that way, I highly doubt Manny has to pay 27% back to his promoter. He is guaranteed over 20 million every match and he pays kontz and Freddie roach and taxes and he keeps the rest. He gets that guaranteed amount, he got 23 million to fight algieri and didn't have to pay arum back anything, arum was the one who paid him and mp promotions.
bro it's no secret that every fighter in top rank has too pay top rank 27% of their purse.
its not just pacquiao.
pacquaio makes 6 million dollars after he pays bob, koncz, and Freddie.Comment

Pacquiao does just that. Then It was Pacquiao needs to calm down, back off and keep quite, because he might be agitating Floyd and hurting his ego which could possibly terminate negotiations.
You can't make this stuff up. These people are a disease on this board.Comment

They don't know what they want. You are correct, at one point Manny needed to stop hiding behind Arum and call Mayweather out, be more aggressive and show that he really wanted the fight
