Floyd is all about money hence, TMT. The most sensible fight is Manny. Let's all face it, he won't make the same money fighting anybody out there but Manny and vice versa. 100% of boxing fans wants to see Manny vs Floyd. It will be the fight of the century!

Just Floyd being floyd....a hypocrite. He gave a contract for $40 million in 2009 and now all of a sudden he's not entertaining a Pac fight because of Arum. He asked for 14 days random drug testing and then Manny relents to 14 day after the offer deadline....Floyd turns around and says 14 days is not good enough. FLOYD says bring it Manny then refutes and says he never said that.

Dude in 09 everything was agreed to 50/50 split venue who coming out last which corner guys in gloves all issues except drug testing manny walked away that's his problem not random if u got cutoff dates and both guys are undergoing same testing in 2012 that 40mil offer was a slap in face to manny but if he wanted to call floyd bluff he should of negotiated off that instead of hanging up phone I'm not even going bring up that dumb crap arum said bout cut and stadium point is they both keep throwing monkey wrench in talks so fanboys can keep the debate going arguing back and forth and the sites not helping with taking one interview and breaking it into 50 articles it seems fight close to getting made let's relax and wait for atleast someone else to sign a contract to fight someone else before just spouting none sense for your favorite fighter

Manny has done everything to make this fight happen. It's up to Floyd. The terms are more than fair to make this fight happen, and if Floyd wants to fight manny it will happen. If he doesn't (For whatever reason; imo he's not sure he can't beat manny yet calls himself TBE, what a joke) then the fight wont happen. END OF STORY.

The percentage part threw me off. Manny says if he wants it higher I am happy with that. I will take 40 to 60 I am ok with that for the sake of the fans.

You're missing the point that Manny was with Arum in 2009....so why is Arum the sticking point for negotiations now?

Yes. Pac made 23 million for that fight cotto made 8. They had it in China because macau paid bob arum 10 million just to have it there. Just to stage the fight in macau they got 10 million. So just you can't just compare ppv buys; you have to compare purses.

floyd made 32 million in a fight that LOST money (so hes not worth that much)
Pac made 23 million in a fight that MADE money

so 60/40 is more than reasonable.

can u prove they lost money or you just going by what you hear on Internet? You got inside sources? Showtime have stated they made money on floyd fights regardless if it's a dollar or 1mil they wasn't in red but I guess your inside sources told you they did so we have to go with that arum always makes money on his cards cause his undercards are disrespectful to paying boxing fans

You don't know who hung up on who so don't assume like you were part of the negotiations. If both sides are not budging on the contracg then theres no way to finger point. The point of my posts is that Floyd is a hypocrite time and time again. Nothing to be taken for face value from whatever he says.

u dont even know teh legit purse so how can u argue a split..no one knows the purse b/c bob wont give details about this so called contract he wants us to believe in.. i'm sure it will be about 70-30 purse probably even 75-25..floyd knows manny is a threat and that he is B side...floyd gone say to be the boss u have to beat the boss..and u also have to pay the boss..

I'm in agreement here... why isn't Showtime offering Floyd $100 mil guarantee for Cotto but is for Pacquiao? They must be getting it wrong and Floyd is getting it right...
