That's why i regard Ali as the GREATEST boxer that ever laced up. He took on all comers, champions that have punching power. Man I thought Ken Norton ended his career after he beat him. i specifically remember floyd saying pac can only have 40 million on showtime since he left that money on the table before when he called him out...so that is why i dont believe bob is giving manny legit info...Hbo nor showtime is confirming wat bob is saying..and like i said floyd already said on live showtime that he cant even have 40 million bc he turned it down and got ko'd...
this is my reason as to why i think bob arum is using media pressure to force the deal he wants, but its who will give in first..and 6 years shows us neither side is willing to give in

Why would someone negotiate with someone who has terrible PPV numbers, especially when you have to deal with a promoter you said you don't want to deal with in Bob Arum and you have conflicting Network contacts...

Everything Floyd says makes me think he believes Pacquiao isn't a PPV star... so why is he bothering to say

its actually pretty simple. When floyd decides to take his balls, if he even has some, out his purse then ill believe its happening. Remember when he came back from retirement in 09? Why did he come back for? All this time we thought he came back cuz he loved boxing again wanted to prove hes the best blah blah blah.... in reality he only came back cuz his ass was almost broke... fast forward 6 years.... still no fight.... hhmmmm

This is the thing nobody is really denying Floyd is the A-side.

But both sides have lied about the real ppv buy numbers for both Floyd and Manny.

I think the best solution to that is for both sides to show what the real ppv buys are for Floyd and Manny and make the split based off of facts not what each FEELS they deserve.

If the real numbers show the split should 55/45 then Floyd should agree to that. If the real numbers show that the split should 70/30 then Arum and Manny should agree.

It shouldn't be this difficult numbers like ppv buys don't lie.
